Alfred E. Neuman

Alfred E. Neuman is the fictional cover-boy and mascot of the American humour magazine MAD Magazine -- a freckled, jug-eared, gap-toothed boy whose stock catchphrase is "What, me worry?". The character's face was adapted from a turn-of-the-twentieth-century clip-art image of a smiling boy, established as the magazine's signature in 1956 by editor Harvey Kurtzman and publisher William Gaines, and has appeared in some form on virtually every issue since (Wikipedia)
