Judge Dredd (1995 Film)

Judge Dredd is a 1995 American science-fiction action film directed by Danny Cannon and based on the 2000 AD comic-strip character Judge Dredd. Sylvester Stallone stars in the title role of Mega-City One's most relentless street judge, framed for murder by his villainous "twin" Rico (Armand Assante) and exiled to the Aspen Penal Colony, with Rob Schneider as comic-relief sidekick Fergee and Diane Lane as Judge Hershey. Heavily redesigned costumes and a notoriously off-model interpretation of the source material were widely criticised on release; the property was rebooted in 2012 as Dredd (Wikipedia)
