Lobo

Lobo is an antihero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics, created by Roger Slifer and Keith Giffen and first appearing in Omega Men #3 (June 1983). An ultra-violent, cigar-chomping intergalactic bounty hunter and the last of the Czarnian race -- which he wiped out himself -- Lobo became a satirical hit during the 1990s, with definitive runs by Simon Bisley and Alan Grant pushing the character into ever more absurd hyper-violence (Wikipedia)
