Nemesis the Warlock

Nemesis the Warlock is a fictional alien sorcerer created by writer Pat Mills and artist Kevin O'Neill, appearing in the British science-fiction anthology comic "2000 AD" from 1980 onwards. The series follows Nemesis -- a horned, fire-breathing alien -- and his fight against the genocidal human Grand Master Torquemada and his Termight Empire.
