The Eternaut

The Eternaut (El Eternauta) is an Argentine science-fiction comic written by Héctor Germán Oesterheld and drawn by Francisco Solano López, originally serialised in the weekly Hora Cero Semanal between 1957 and 1959. It follows Juan Salvo, the "Eternaut", and a small group of survivors in Buenos Aires after a deadly snowfall wipes out most of humanity as the prelude to an alien invasion.
