ZX Spectrum

The ZX Spectrum is an 8-bit home computer designed by Sir Clive Sinclair and released in the United Kingdom in 1982 by Sinclair Research. Selling over five million units, it became the dominant 8-bit platform in Britain throughout the 1980s and helped to launch the careers of dozens of UK games developers.
