Venom

Venom is a Marvel Comics character first appearing in The Amazing Spider-Man #300 (1988), originally a sentient alien symbiote that bonded with Spider-Man before rejecting him and joining with disgraced reporter Eddie Brock to become a fanged, tongue-lashing antihero. Created by David Michelinie and Todd McFarlane, Venom became one of the most popular Spider-Man rogues of the 1990s, headlining his own ongoing series, the Lethal Protector mini-series and a string of subsequent live-action films starring Tom Hardy from 2018 onwards (Wikipedia)
